Purchase of products by "weight"

The payment of the processed purchase orders of food products such as salami ,cheese and others, whose goodness depends on the freshness and whose price changes according to its weight has not to be done at the end of the same order but it has to occur further to a confirmation of order that we shall send by e-mail. The confirmation of order will contain the real weights of products and the total amount to pay by underlining the relative shipments freights that will have to be regulated within the following 24 hours. As that period has passed, in lack of the payment the order will be automatically erased. In case of payment by bank transfer, please send the receipt by mail or by fax.

Order Management and Processing

Il Meglio in Italia will fill the order within 3 days since they receive it (however within 30 days since the day after the one when the customer has transmitted the order according to the Art. 6, paragraph 1 of Legislative decree 185), thus the goods will be passed to our carrier for definitive delivery to your address. A confirmatory e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account. There is not a minimum amount of order to confirm it.
It is possible to cancel the order within 1 (one) hour since the same has been accepted by sending a request by e-mail to the address ordini@ilmeglioinitalia.com, communicating your data and the referring order number.

Payment and Safety

The payment is done by PayPal protected channel to grant for a safe transaction.
Payment can be done by bank transfer. The goods are shipped against payment (2-3 working days). Instructions at the end of order.

Dispatch and packaging

The delivery occurs by the following carriers "Logistics", "MBE" and "GLS". The goods will be sent to the address shown in the registration form, directly in your hands.

Since the delivery of goods you have to follow the indications hereinafter:

Check if the packaging is integral, not damaged, not wet or tempered with.
Check if the number of parcels and the outer look of the pack comes close to what has been written on the invoice./li>
Verify the identity of sender and the closing seals of the pack that have always to report the logo "Il Meglio in Italia" - sign up the receipt of delivery of the carrier by writing "Received with reserve" in order to care about any goods damaged by the carrier.

Il Meglio In Italia is not responsible at all for any damage caused by the carrier or by the end customer if the operation above mentioned have not been executed.

The shipment fees and the terms of delivery are clearly described in the following scheme, in the cart you will find the weight of parcel and the relative amount in the field "shipment fees" calculated.

KEEP IN MIND THAT THE COST ON THE WEIGHT OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE ALSO CONSIDERED THE WEIGHT OF PACKING.
The weight covers are expressed in KG (example: 10-20 means that the weight of parcel is included between 10 and 20 kg) and the price in euro.
The terms of delivery of goods have to be considered since the carrier receive them.

For purchase of products from foreign countries the buyer should check if goods he's purchasing can be imported in his own country and up to what amount. The prices of goods to be delivered abroad will be missing the VAT amount provided in national land and the invoice will be in relief from VAT amount.
